From day 1, I felt a positive difference in my body. I felt a calmness that I hadn't felt in a very long time, and my skin was visibly more hydrated within a few days. I have started using Probiotic sachets, Immuno Protein and PH Caps and have definitely noticed an improvement in my 48 year old hormonal skin. My quality of sleep also has improved. Will be trying more of the range to see what other benefits these amazing products will have on me :-)

I was curious about what these little capsules might do. The recommended daily dose is way more than my body can tolerate consuming supplements/vitamins - I take 2 each day (1 in the morning, and another during dinner) and I can fell my stomach digesting itself :) Definitely worth a try to see how it benefits you - I just reordered them myself.
